Hello everyone !! I am Dr. Divya Jain, a full time Physiotherapist and a part time fitness enthusiast. I have always liked the idea of staying fit and healthy, of course it allows you a disease free life, but hey do you know exercise and a healthy diet keep you young and in shape as well.
Coming towards my fitness regimen, I exercise for about 1 hour daily which includes HIIT, running, strength training and dancing. My diet too is highly calorie monitored allowing few cheat days for myself. After a long time of working out, here I am, converting my other interest into passion, writing.
